SECOND PAIR OF HANDS
Important information!
No shows- If a client has booked an appointment with second pair of hands and does not give 24hr notice of cancellation then the client will be invoiced the full amount agreed upon for booking of the day. Some exceptions apply.
10+ Min Trips to clients- These journeys shall incur a fee of $1 Per minute
in both directions from second pair of hands.
Public holidays- Public holidays incur 275% of wages, therefore we will charge
double fees and will only work if requested to do so.
Christmas/New years holidays- Over the period starting from December 24th, ending January 7th inclusive. We here at Second Pair of Hands are on our annual
leave we can not be contacted unless an emergency has occurred.
